History
English Auto was founded in 2006 by Shane Ewing and Mike Raup, who wanted to provide Jaguar owners with a personalized repair experience that they would not receive at a dealership.
Shane Ewing has 14 years of experience working in and as the director of Laurel Jaguar's Service Department. A two-time recipient of the Jaguar Guild Award, he is well known for his outstanding customer service.
Mike Raup is a certified A.S.E Master Technician and a former Gold Level Master Jaguar Technician who has over 20 years of service experience prior to opening English Auto.
We Prioritize Your Convenience
We offer Early-Bird and Night Drop for anyone who wishes to bring their car by outside business hours. We offer local shuttle services to anyone who lives in the Odenton area or wants to spend their appointment time at the library or eating lunch! For those who do wait in the lobby, we have coffee, free Wi-Fi, and a TV.
